As-Build BIM

 

Building information models provide enhanced capabilities for facilities management applications, since 3D building components are developed at a higher level of information detail than that available from 2D representations. The As-Build BIM model, allowing occupancy or leasing status to be tracked between the 3D model and databases, furniture or equipment to be tracked, or equipment maintenance information to be referenced from objects within the BIM model. MTECH create the BIM model to linkage of as-fitted information within the As-Build model.
